Librarians,

Please forgive my use of this listserv for personal
business, but I need to let you all know about an upcoming event in my
life that will take me away from the office temporarily.

My
husband and I have been blessed with the opportunity to adopt a 2 1/2 year
old little boy from an orphanage in Russia.

We got to meet
Jacob Dennis on a trip we made to Russia in January.  We've been
waiting "patiently" since then for the Russian government to
allow us to come back and get him.

We'll be leaving the states
on Monday, May 22nd to pick up Jacob Dennis. We are scheduled
to return sometime the week of June 4th.  

I wanted to let you all know in advance
in case you needed to contact me prior to my travel.

There will be 

No Changes 
to 
Summer Workshops 

due to my personal
circumstances.  


All summer workshops will continue
as scheduled.

me.  I will continue to send message via the listserv through Friday,
